WHO?

This is a full time creators meet up. What does that mean? It means we want to have a time for creators, bloggers, photographers, film makers, writers, and anyone in between to get together to network, hang out, enjoy time with other like minded people. No pressure to create for anyone other than yourself, or to just enjoy doing nothing other that being with others in a magical place.

This is not a workshop or teaching seminar, it’s a space for you to be together with other people who know what it’s like to run a business in the creative field. We want it to be a time to connect, have fun away from the pressure of making something for others and a time to be in one of the most beautiful places in British Columbia.

WHAT?

Sept 2 : Arrive in Port Hardy, meet up for dinner and drinks at 6pm

Sept 3 : Go to the West Coast to San Josef Bay. It’s a 2hr drive on a logging road to a beautiful sandy west coast beach with beautiful hike in and out to see one of the best beaches in the world.

Sept 4 : Coastal Rain Forest Safari Boat Trip. Tour around the North Island to see whales, bears, otters, sea lions and whatever else we can find!

Sept 5 : Walking tour around the North Island, we will check out Telegraph Cove, Suquash and if time allows Nawitti Trails.

Sept 6 : Have breakfast together, pack up and head home….cry!

COST?

We want this to be as cheap as possible. We estimate a cost of $600 (cost of splitting the boat tour and gas for excursions this is based on 7-10 people)

The rest is up to you, your food, accommodations and travel here are up to you BUT here are some options :

Geoff Heith’s Backyard : FREE (set up a tent and you’re good to go)

Other Accommodations include : Kwalilas Hotel, Glenn Lyonn Hotel, Port Hardy RV / Campground, Quatsi River Campground, Airport Inn and various Air BB locations.
